The play explores the intersection of trauma and desire.
This story dives deep into the white hot power that our past experiences have to define us, and the tremendous stamina of the human heart to keep alive our true selves in the most fantastically difficult and surprising circumstances.

The archetypes of the Grimm’s fairytale characters and their gripping, fantastic stories are used as an anchor, a window through which the audience can experience how the crippling, unresolved events in a woman's past continue to haunt her present.
